Give the auditors more information about yourself.

Jasmine is a dance artist, actor, mother, and former law enforcement officer. She’s from Tacoma, WA where she began her dance training as a little girl in various recreational studios. After performing for Walt Disney World and Disney Live touring shows upon graduating high school, she studied Dance and Music at the University of Washington and graduated with honors in 2015. Jasmine then pursued the Mark Morris Dance Group intensive program in New York before performing briefly with DASS Dance back in Seattle. She then moved to Los Angeles and completed the L.A. Contemporary Dance Company’s summer intensive before performing as a guest artist with Lula Washington Dance Theatre and Daurden Dance Company. In addition to starring in NAACP-award winning plays in Los Angeles between 2016 and 2018, her acting work has also spanned across media networks such as TNT, Amazon Prime, Pure Flix, and SyFy. Her most recent local plays were Centerstage Theatre’s “Cinderella: A Holiday Pantomime” and "Don't Bother Me, I Can't Cope" at Tacoma Urban Performing Arts Center.
