Hello! My name is Ricky Spaulding. I'm an actor, singer, musician, and sometimes director currently based here in Seattle. I grew up in Seattle and studied drama at UW before moving to New York to attend the full-time conservatory program at Atlantic Acting School. Now that I'm back in Seattle, I'm excited to reintroduce myself to all of the companies here that I love. I'm passionate about all aspects of theatre-making, but I'm particularly interested in experimental contemporary material and developing new work - but that doesn’t mean I dont nerd out over Chekhov and Shakespeare 🙂 Above all else, I'm an actor, and the thing I love doing most is developing rich, complex, deeply researched, authentically human characters.
