Emily is an actor, producer, and arts admin throughout Seattle. She has a BA in drama from Whitman College and is a graduate of the British American Drama Academy in London.
These days she puts her love for classical text work to good use with Dacha Theatre in a series called: "Dice" where actors learn the entirety of a classical text and the audience rolls a die to determine who plays which part. To date she has memorized and performed all of Hamlet, As You Like It, Pride and Prejudice, and Romeo and Juliet. She has experience in clowning, physical theatre, devising, improv, and theatre for young audiences. She is passionate about humor, community, and brave leaps – her work encompasses all three.
