My name's Aaron and I have been involved in theatre on and off since I was five years old. I grew up into a full theatre family; my mom wrote plays for the kids at our school's drama club, my dad directed those plays, and my sister and I acted in them. Once I was old enough to start, I rushed to enroll in any youth production from Seattle Public Theatre as I could. In those years, I played Oberon (Midsummer Night's Dream), Charlie (A Wrinkle in Time), Hamlet (Hamlet), The Trainer (Elephant's Graveyard), and many more. At that same time, I also auditioned for and received a fair number of professional roles, including Seryoza (Anna Karenina) at Book-It Repertory Theatre and Given (Salem Witch Orgasms) at Ghost Light Theatricals. In the past few years, I haven't been as involved in theatre as I would like to be now. I am remedying that in part by registering for the TPS Unified General Auditions.
