I want to do a song in my audition

I moved to Seattle shortly before the pandemic, and I am very excited to finally enter the theatre and music community here. I have an undying love for the theatre, and an unshakeable sense of optimism for what artistic work can accomplish. I am a queer artist who believes art and social justice are intrinsically linked, and I would love the opportunity to do meaningful work and engage with artists in my community. I will enter grad school this spring at UW to become a history teacher (and hopefully theatre teacher some day), and I hope to continue working as a theatre artist - onstage, backstage, or anywhere I can fit - as I pursue my passion for teaching.
