I have a strong background in comedy, having performed in numerous sketch and improv shows, as well as producing and writing for several productions. I have also demonstrated my leadership skills as the Educational Director at Dead Parrots Society and the Artistic Director at Austin Olson Productions. In addition, my theater experience includes directing productions including Little Women, The Children, Jane Austen's Emma, and Waiting Room.

Through my work on committees at Jet City Improv and at the Pocket Theater, I have proven my ability to work collaboratively and lead a team to plan and execute events and festivals. In addition to my work on committees, I have also produced many productions on my own, demonstrating my ability to work independently and handle all aspects of production. These experiences have given me a well-rounded skill set that includes the ability to effectively collaborate with others and take on leadership roles, as well as the ability to work solo and handle all aspects of production.

One of my most rewarding experiences in the entertainment industry has been my work with Bandit Theater. As a member of the improvisation group and a host at the theater, I had the opportunity to connect with a diverse audience and contribute to the thriving comedy community in Seattle. In addition to performing, I also taught improv workshops at the theater. Working with Bandit Theater has given me valuable experience in building relationships with community members and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

One of my strengths is fostering collaboration and leading with an open mind, which helps others to take ownership and pride in their work and perform to their highest capability. On the last production I directed, I oversaw over 35 people across many departments, demonstrating my ability to manage and lead a large team. I am skilled at delegating tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines, while also being flexible and adaptable when plans change. I have a strong track record of effectively communicating with team members and ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals.

At the end of the day though, I consider myself a performer. I love being onstage and making people laugh, or even just having a safe venue in which audiences can experience many emotions. The catharsis we as people get from watching a show is immeasurable, and I love getting to be the person who provides that experience for audiences.
