Jayne Hubbard (She/They) is a Seattle based actor. From playing lovers to fighters, singing Sondheim to Sheik, and speaking in verse to contemporary prose, there is no theatrical hoop Jayne can't clear. Whether working on stage or screen, Jayne believes in telling stories to start conversations, bring together communities, and offer joy.
Most notably, Jayne has played Charlotte in The Revolutionists (Whidbey Center for the Arts), Jenny in Rushing (The Scratch New Play Festival), Wendla in Spring Awakening (Basement Theatrics), and Jane Eyre in Jane Eyre, the Musical (Seattle Pacific University).
As a queer actor, Jayne is comfortable playing women, men, and non-binary roles as well as straight and queer roles. Any question regarding this is enthusiastically welcomed.
