My professional career in technical theatre runs from 1969 – 1990, venues include the Seattle Rep, ACT, PNB, Seattle Opera, Paramount and 5th Avenue Theatres, Journeyman, IATSE Local 15. I’m an old school Seattle theatre guy.
I designed lights at ACT (Greg Falls, Director) and Empty Space, (Burke Walker director) as well. I was able to work my way through college and law school and opened my own law firm in Kitsap in 1991.
Organizing and directing ten annual campy, bawdy, musical murder mystery dinner theater fund raisers for my kids’ school made show business fun again and it got me out in front of the scenery, actually singing in public, which turned out to be a slippery slope. I started to successfully audition. Meanwhile, as a founding Board member of the Port Gamble Theater company, we resurrected the 100 year old venue into a successful, vibrant member of the Kitsap theater scene, now in our 13th season. I am also on the Board of Directors at Island Theatre, Bainbridge and have directed two of their productions.
The late Micheal Moore, theatre critic for the Kitsap Sun notably described my performance as the songwriter in Curtains as “Wonderful” and my George Bailey in It’s a Wonderful Life as “Marvelous” He was too kind, of course, but we all like good reviews.
My role as Zach in A Chorus Line at BPA was epipheral for me as I was the flyman for the pre production run of the original Broadway tour (1976) at the now McCall Hall in Seattle, and never dreamed I would ever actually be in such a show.
Being on stage is a privilege for me and I look forward to every opportunity.

I do not have an agent and am not interested in representation
