He serves on the Board of Directors for the Lowbrow Opera Collective, an organization that strives to present new and relevant operas to diverse audiences. Serving on multiple committees, he enjoys all elements of opera production: from reading through new work submissions to designing and building sets.

This last season, his credits include the Sergeant of Police in The Seattle Gilbert and Sullivan Society’s production of The Pirates of Penzance; Mr Brownlow in Bellevue Opera’s production of Oliver!; Schlendrian in a staged production of the Coffee Cantata for the Ladies’ Musical Club’s birthday concert for Bach; Papageno and Sarastro in the touring production of The Magic Flute for NOISE (Northwest Opera in Schools, Etc.); and Sheriff Byrd in the world-premiere performance of Tacoma Method at Tacoma Opera; and a return to Bellevue Opera as Morales in their production of Carmen; as well as in choral groups such as the Byrd Ensemble, Radiance, Bellingham Chamber Chorale, and the Seattle Symphony Chorale.
His love of opera is matched only by his love of dogs, gardening, reading, and the Oxford comma.

Ahoy There! My Name is Cameron Widmark, a Seattle Based Actor and Graduate of Cornish College of the Arts. I am an avid Reader, a Bombastic Presence, and a Part Time Axe Throwing Viking, but above all those traits, I am a Storyteller. There is nothing in this world that brings me greater joy, steadier purpose, or more unconquerable passion, than being able to weave and tell stories. It has been an honor to have been able to aid in Seattle's Stories for the past 2 years since I graduated, and I hope that you will allow me to work along side you to tell more.
